The Balkan Streets Festivals in Vranje and Vukovar are searching for new entries coming from Den Haag, Erfurt and Vukovar.

We are looking for: Pop/ rock bands, one man acts, rappers, DJ's and VJ's that are socially engaged and enthusiastic to participate in this cross cultural project. Your travel costs, accommodation and food expenses will be covered.

Balkan Streets Festival 2013 is going to take place in Vranje on the 21st and 22nd of June and in Vukovar on the 28th of June.

The concept of Balkan Streets brings together a broad variety of artists from all over Europe in several towns across the Balkans. The organizers of the annual festival strongly believe arts and culture can be catalysts for social change. We connect and inspire young Europeans, create scenes of young artists and establish networks of cultural organizations. Thus giving diverse audiences access to new forms of creative expression and encouraging young people to broaden their horizons and engage with the arts.
